తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులు, పెన్షనర్లు మరియు వారి కుటుంబ సభ్యుల EHS Health Card వివరాలను IFMIS-HR Portal లో అప్డేట్ చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది.
ప్రభుత్వం విడుదల చేసిన ఫారమ్ ప్రకారం పూర్తి వివరాలు నమోదు చేసి అప్లోడ్ చేయాలి.

ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులు, పెన్షనర్లు మరియు వారి కుటుంబ సభ్యుల పూర్తి ఆరోగ్య వివరాలను EHS Portal లో నమోదు చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేసింది.
ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులు, పెన్షనర్లు మరియు వారి కుటుంబ సభ్యుల ఆరోగ్య వివరాలను EHS Portal ద్వారా నమోదు చేసి అప్డేట్ చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం సూచించింది.
అన్ని శాఖల అధికారులు, DDOలు మరియు కార్యాలయ అధికారులు నిర్ణీత గడువులోపు (may 31,2026) ఇచ్చిన ఫార్మాట్ లో వివరాలను అప్లోడ్ చేయాలి.
ఉద్యోగుల ఆధార్, మొబైల్ నంబర్, కుటుంబ సభ్యుల వివరాలు తప్పనిసరిగా నమోదు చేయాలి.
Step 1: EHS Official Website ను ఓపెన్ చేయాలి.
Step 2: కుడి వైపున గల సైన్ ఇన్ ప్రెస్ చేసి Employee ID మరియు Password తో Login అవ్వాలి.PASWORD తెలియనిచొ Forgot Password option ఉపయోగించాలి..
Step 3: Employee Details లోకి వెళ్లాలి.
Step 4: I- Employee Details నమోదు చేయాలి.
Step 5: II- Family Details నమోదు చేయాలి.
Step 6: III-Declaration వివరాలు నమోదు చేయాలి.
Step 7: అవసరమైన Documents Upload చేయాలి.
Step 8: చివరగా Submit Button పై క్లిక్ చేయాలి.

క్రింద ఇవ్వబడిన లింక్ పై క్లిక్ చేయగానే EHS Web Portal ఓపెన్ అవుతుంది.CLICK HERE
వెబ్ పోర్టల్ పైన ఉన్న Menu Bar నుండి Employee/Pensioner Login పైన క్లిక్ చేయండి.
మరొక Web Page ఓపెన్ అవుతుంది.
Forgot Password పైన క్లిక్ చేయగానే Pop Up Web Page వస్తుంది. అందులో Click Here to Proceed పైన క్లిక్ చేయండి.
మరొక Pop Up Web Page వస్తుంది. User ID అనగా మీ Employee Code నమోదు చేసి, Login As లో Employee Select చేసుకొని Go Button పై క్లిక్ చేయండి. మీ Gmail మరియు మొబైల్ కు Password వస్తుంది.
Fresh గా క్రింద ఇచ్చిన లింక్ పై క్లిక్ చేయగానే మళ్ళీ Web Portal ఓపెన్ అవుతుంది.
User Name లో మీ Employee ID మరియు Password Place లో మీ Mobile లేదా Gmail కు వచ్చిన Password నమోదు చేసి, Login Type లో Employee Select చేసుకొని Login పై క్లిక్ చేయండి.
మరొక Web Page వస్తుంది. అందులో Download Health Card పై క్లిక్ చేయండి.
మీ Health Card ఓపెన్ అవుతుంది. అవసరమైతే Print తీసుకోవచ్చు.
Q1. Forgot Password అయితే?
Forgot Password option ద్వారా Reset చేసుకోవచ్చు.
Q2. Pensioners కూడా Download చేసుకోవచ్చా?
